Holy Ghost

Holy Ghost

Yehoshua (the name of the Hebrew Messiah who died and rose again so we could be saved) said, “…Receive ye the Holy Ghost” (John 20:22).

It is time for you to go from glory to glory with Yehouah (our Heavenly Father), Yehoshua and the Spirit of Holiness (the Holy Ghost)!  Ask God now to fill you with the gift of the Holy Spirit.  I must tell you that it is possible to have the Holy Spirit WITH you, but you may not have Him IN you. How do I know this?  See John 14:17 below. Yehoshua told us to receive the Holy Ghost, and I exhort you unto this same cause.

“And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost” (John 20:22).

“In the last day, that great day of the feast, Yehoshua stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.   He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.  (But this spake He of the Spirit, which they that believe on Him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Yehoshua was not yet glorified)” (John 7:37-39).

“Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for He dwelleth with you, and shall be in you” (John 14:17).

“Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Yehoshua Messiah for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost” (Acts 2:38).

“He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost…  And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied” (Acts 19:2, 6).

“While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.  And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost.  For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God” (Acts 10:44-46).

“But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost” (Jude 20).

“…ye do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did…” (Acts 7:51).

“…how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?” (Luke 11:13)

“Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.  And He that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because He maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God” (Romans 8:26-27).

“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto Me (Yehoshua) both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth” (Acts 1:8).

“And we are His witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey Him” (Acts 5:32).

“I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance.  But He that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: He shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire” (Matthew 3:11).

“…who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost (for as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Yehoshua).  Then laid they their hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost” (Acts 8:15-17).

“For with stammering lips and another tongue will He speak to this people” (Isaiah 28:11-12).

“…that cover with a covering, but not of My spirit…” (Isaiah 30:1).

“But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in My name, He shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you” (John 14:26).

“But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, He shall testify of Me” (John 15:26).

“Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send Him unto you.  And when He is come, He will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:  Of sin, because they believe not on Me; Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.  I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.  Howbeit when He, the Spirit of truth, is come, He will guide you into all truth: for He shall not speak of Himself; but whatsoever He shall hear, that shall He speak: and He will shew you things to come.  He shall glorify Me: for He shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.  All things that the Father hath are Mine: therefore said I, that He shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you” (John 16:7-15).

“And I will pray the Father, and He shall give you another Comforter, that He may abide with you for ever” (John 14:16).
